The Day of Reckoning Is Coming for Kennedy and His Court of Thugs
I have been informed by a reliable source that Judge Randy Kennedy is being brought up on full trial before the Tennessee Supreme Court of the Judiciary for his atrocious misconduct in the Ginger Franklin case. The Danny Tate case is still being built by the COJ which is far more horrific than Ms. Franklin’s. Let’s hope the COJ does their job thoroughly. In our opinion, the ONLY satisfactory conclusion is impeachment and imprisonment.

Every case of injustice is horrific for if justice is not just, no one is safe and evil will flourish.
As for ole Randy Kennedy ….. his arrogance will be his demise for he is not just, nor fair.
This could not be more fitting that he will now stand trial for his deliberate indifference to the lives and legacies that he ruins. The man is a disgrace to justice and his conducts bring disrepute upon the integirty of the judiciary — how fitting he should now be judged by his peers and the very institution he disgraces. Removal from the bench and public office is the justice Randy Kennedy deserves ….
They should investigfate every single guardianship case Kennedy sat on the bench for. Gees wasn’t it Danny Tate that brought Ginger’s situtation to the forefront? I sure hope there is a lot of support for Danny.
Excellant point Holly! I do believe you are correct. If it was not for Danny and recruiting Tim to his camp….where would Ginger be today I ask?
I recommended to Ginger to join FB Friends for Danny Tate’s Defense when I met her at the courthouse. She definately gained a lot of well deserved support from us and that pressure and scrutiny helped her case get corrected. I will be satisfied when Kennedy is impeached, imprisoned and pays all Danny’s girls college expenses!

Battered, Victom of Judge Kennedy’s court of thugs and elder abuse. My family is a victum. I fear they will hurt me. I can’t beleive this has happened. Count on me for any help I can give.
His ignoring of the laws in place to protect assets of the deceased is illegal. In his courtroom, he favored handing over estate assets to a grown child of a Nashville area attorney. This grown attorney child entered court with a false bill of sale he very blatantly created himself and had word of attorney father protecting the grown child accepted as “proof” in the absence of a single shred of documentation as proof- an absolute abuse of power. Wake up Davidson County citizens. This could happen to you unless, of course, you have friends in the necessary places as these thugs do. The Tennessee Court of the Judiciary should investigate this man to the fullest extent to prevent his further compromising the very estates he has sworn to protect.
Randy Kennedy has ignored the law which protects estates of the deceased most certainly in cases involving fellow attorneys and their children when these persons stand to gain by committing fraud and violating ethical requirements of the legal profession. Davidson County Probate Court needs a judge who is not afraid to stand up to those believing they are priviledged and do not have to abide by the law and can defraud estates with the help of persons like Randy Kennedy. Don’t count on the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility to call attorneys who break the law to account for their illegal actions. They will not.
